Founder and CEO
Mark has successfully earned the trust of every client since 1990. During that time he has grown Marco Companies into a trusted provider of electrical contracting services.
Starting his career as a licensed electrician working with Florida homebuilders he has expanded our line of services to include both commercial and residential Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning and has recently launched our Go Green LED lighting solutions.

Bill Reynolds
President Electrical Services
Bill has been with Marco Companies since our beginning in 1990. He started as an electrician working in the field and has worked his way up through multiple positions within the organization. As our President, Bill now runs the day to day operations and utilizing his vast experience oversees the bid process.

Ben Smith
President HVAC Services
Ben is a Master Electrician and qualifying agent for Marco Electrical Contractors. He is proud to have been appointed to the “State of Florida Electrical Licensing Board” by Governor Charlie Crist in 2010 and recently reappointed by Governor Rick Scott in 2011.
Ben started his career as an electrician in 1971 and has been providing top notch HVAC and Electrical solutions to our clients since 2004. As President, Ben is involved in all aspects of our HVAC and Electrical operations from project estimating and management to installation, maintenance and repair.

Barry Campbell
Vice President HVAC Services
Barry began his career in 1993 and has work his way up to Vice President. In addition to running the day to day HVAC operation, he is the qualifying agent for Marco Heating and Air Conditioning.

Robbie Griffin

Robbie has been with Marco Companies since 2002. He started as a field electrician, working his way through multiple positions within our company. As Vice President he oversees the daily operation with his main focus being to maximize production.
